FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. 

Please note that laces on the driving shoes are decorative and cannot and therefore should not be used to adjust the fit of the shoe. 
 

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will either be credited to the original payment method or as Killer Instinct store credit and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the ICACRs only. 

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. 

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. 
 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on killerinstinct-official.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
  • We have a strong quality control and all items are checked thoroughly for any faults before they are shipped to customers.
  • If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer care immediately.
  • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment so that we can process the return as quickly as possible.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
  • We prefer that items are returned to us via DHL or PostNL to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means.
  • FREE shipping in the Netherlands with exchanges only inlcudes the first exchange.

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Killer Instinct tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided, dust bags and cards should be included with your return. The packaging is part of the product.
